There is only so much you can learn through 1-on-1 training. Yes, it is beneficial in many ways but you'll find more advantages in semi-private training whilst achieving the same goals. Introducing BOX-TECH...
WHAT IS BOX-TECH?
BOX-TECH are semi-private training sessions consisting of only 2-6 people. We focus on technique, effective application & consistency to help you improve your boxing for sparring or competition.
WHAT IS SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING?
This isn't a boxing class. You get the same personalised training you get in a 1-on-1, but guess what? It's cheaper than a private training session. You get to train with a training partner who has similar goals to you, it fosters healthy competition and keeps everyone accountable.
It’s not enough to only learn techniques we’ve got a train the reactions that go along with it.
WHO CAN JOIN?
BOX-TECH is for people who already have a good grasp of the basics but aren't quite ready to join a fighters' class or take part in advanced sparring. BOX-TECH is that stepping stone in between to help you get to a point where you have a better understanding of how to apply those techniques you've already learned.
BUT I LIKE MY 1-ON-1 TRAINING. I GET TECHNICAL TRAINING SPECIFIC TO WHAT I NEED TO IMPROVE ON AT A TIME THAT SUITS ME.
Yes, you do get personalised training but you also get the same in BOX-TECH. Remember this is a combat sport, it requires 2 participants and if you aim to improve, this is the next step. There is only so much you can improve by just doing pad work & skill work on your own.
It’s not enough to only learn techniques we’ve got a train the reactions that go along with it. This is why partner drills are so important.
SO HOW DO I GET INVOLVED?
You might have done the general public boxing class for a while and you have a good grasp of fundamentals and now you want a clear pathway for improvement. If you want to get to that next stage in your boxing then BOX-TECH is for you.
